Hannah chose to study nutrition because she believes that it is an avenue for profound transformation. By reinvigorating our connection with our bodies, by noticing our mind as it reacts to food and eating, by unraveling and engaging the emotions associated with food, we become more balanced, joyful individuals. We learn to care for ourselves and are able to live life to its fullest capacity.
Hannah’s nutrition work is not prescriptive or directive. She is interested in listening deeply to your needs, designing (and redesigning) plans that work best for your personality and lifestyle, all while being your biggest supporter along the way.
Hannah graduated from New York University in 2009 with a BA in Urban Studies and Nutrition. She then received her Master’s of Science in Public Health Nutrition from Johns Hopkins University in 2013. She completed her dietetic internship within the VA System in Memphis, TN in 2014 and has been working as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) since 2015.
As an RDN, Hannah is qualified to address a wide array of nutritional concerns including: diabetes, hypertension, food intolerances and sensitivities, metabolic deficiencies, weight loss/gain, liver dysfunction, adrenal fatigue, pre/postnatal nutrition, and eating for an active lifestyle.
She specializes in: treating individuals overcoming eating disorders, integrative nutrition, mindful eating, as well as anti-inflammatory & healthy gut diets.
