The shipping times listed on our website during the checkout process are determined by the USPS and are estimations of how long it will take for your package to get to you once we have shipped it. We do our best to send out your products as fast as possible; however, we hand make everything in small batches (so it's as fresh as it can be) and occasionally we run out of stock, in which case it may take longer for your items to get to you. If this happens we will do our best to be in touch to let you know.
At this time we also only have the option of using the USPS Priority Mail to ship packages and the price is calculated by the USPS based on weight and distance.
We want you to be 100% happy with our products, however, we are also a very small business and can only accept returns on unopened products.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at Info@GoldenPoppyHerbs.com with any questions or concerns.

We wish to be fully transparent with our readers, so we want you to know that we will discuss a variety of products/services on this blog, and when possible, we will use affiliate links.
