General program outline:
The following is how we typically structure the program; this can be changed to accommodate your specific needs:
- Initial Consultation – 75 min, initial intake, determine overall goals
- Follow up 1 – 45 min, 1 week later to get supplements, herbal formulas, and your general plan
- Follow up 2-5 – 45 min, every two weeks, check in for questions and clarifications, reassess symptoms if needed, take a new step
- Follow up 6 – 45 min, two weeks later, final meeting and wrap up, discuss if further support is needed.
